Privacy Policy

QuoteRig ("the App") is made by Caruso Tech Services ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the App handles and what we do with it. The short version: your business data lives on your device, cloud sync is optional and yours alone, and we don't sell data or run ads. Ever.

Information stored on your device

Everything you create in QuoteRig — your business profile, logo, services and rates, customers, and quotes — is stored locally on your device. It is included in your device's normal iCloud or computer backups, which are governed by Apple's privacy practices. We cannot access this data.

QuoteRig Cloud (optional)

If you enable QuoteRig Cloud, we collect your email address (to create your account and send sign-in codes) and store a copy of your App data — business profile, services, customers, and quotes — on our servers so we can back it up and sync it across your devices. Our cloud infrastructure is provided by Supabase and hosted in the United States. Your data is isolated to your account, transmitted over encrypted connections, and used only to provide backup and sync. If you never sign in, none of this data leaves your device through us.

To delete your cloud data and account, contact us at the address below and we will remove it.

Your customers' information

Quotes you create may contain your customers' names and contact details. You control that information; we process it only to provide the App's features (for example, printing it on a quote PDF you share, or syncing it to your own account). We never contact your customers and never use their information for any other purpose.

Purchases

Subscriptions are processed by Apple through your Apple ID; we never see your payment details. We use RevenueCat to validate subscriptions, which processes your purchase history under a random anonymous identifier that is not linked to your identity and is not used for tracking.

Notifications

Follow-up reminders are scheduled locally on your device. We do not send marketing push notifications.

What we don't do

• No advertising and no ad networks.
• No sale or rental of your data, ever.
• No tracking across other companies' apps or websites.
• No third-party analytics SDKs in the App.

Free-plan quote branding

PDFs generated on the free plan include a small "Made with QuoteRig" footer with a link to the App Store. This is printed content only — it does not transmit or collect any information.

Children

QuoteRig is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date above. Material changes will be noted in the App.
