Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Caruso Tech Services ("we", "us") for the use of the QuoteRig app and quoterig.app services (together, "QuoteRig"). By using QuoteRig you agree to them.
1. What QuoteRig is
QuoteRig is a tool for creating, sending, and tracking price quotes for your business. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own business purposes.
2. Subscriptions and the free plan
- The free plan includes a limited number of sent quotes per month (currently 3) and prints QuoteRig branding on quote PDFs.
- QuoteRig Pro is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through your Apple ID (monthly or annual, with a free trial where offered). Payment is charged to your Apple ID account.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Free trials convert to paid unless canceled before the trial ends.
- Prices may change; we'll provide notice as required, and changes apply at your next renewal.
3. Your content and your responsibility
The quotes you create are your business documents. You are responsible for your prices, tax rates and their correctness, the promises your quotes and terms make to your customers, and compliance with laws that apply to your business. QuoteRig performs calculations from numbers you provide; it does not provide tax, accounting, or legal advice.
4. QuoteRig Cloud
Cloud backup and sync is optional and provided as-is as part of a Pro subscription. Keep local or exported backups of important data. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use QuoteRig to break the law, to send deceptive or fraudulent documents, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
6. Disclaimers
QuoteRig is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caruso Tech Services will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of QuoteRig. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using QuoteRig at any time. We may suspend or end access for violation of these terms. Sections 3, 6, 7, and 9 survive termination.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change and material updates will be noted in the App. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
