Subscriptions
QuoteRig Pro is $6.99/month or $49.99/year with a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
To cancel or change your plan: open the iOS Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → QuoteRig. QuoteRig's own Settings → Manage subscription row opens that same Apple screen for you. Cancelling during the free trial means you are never charged. We can't cancel a subscription for you — only Apple can.
Already subscribed on another device? In QuoteRig, go to Settings → Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID that bought the subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your data
Your quotes, customers, and rates are stored on your device and included in your normal iPhone backups. QuoteRig Pro adds QuoteRig Cloud, which syncs that data to your own account so it survives a lost or replaced phone.
To sign in or out of cloud sync, go to Settings → QuoteRig Cloud. You can also keep your own copy with Settings → Export backup, which writes a single file you can re-import later. To delete your cloud account and everything stored with it, go to Settings → QuoteRig Cloud → Delete account. It's permanent, and it leaves the data on your phone alone. If you'd rather we handle it, email us.
Common questions
My customer says the accept link doesn't work.
Accept links expire when the quote's valid-until date passes. Open the quote in QuoteRig, extend the date, and send a fresh link. Links also require an internet connection on your customer's end.
The green ACCEPT QUOTE button in my PDF does nothing.
A few PDF viewers ignore embedded links. Every quote prints a scannable QR code right next to the button that opens the same accept page — point a phone camera at it. If you're the one sending the quote, the tracked link from Send accept link works in any app.
How do I put my logo on quotes?
Settings → Business profile, then tap the logo well at the top. Your logo and removal of the "Made with QuoteRig" footer are Pro features.
Can I change my services and rates after setup?
Yes — Settings → Services & pricing. Editing a rate only affects new quotes; quotes you've already sent keep the prices they were sent with.
Does QuoteRig work offline?
Building quotes, generating PDFs, and sharing them all work without a connection. Cloud sync and accept links need internet.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet. Email us if you want one — demand is how we decide what to build next. You can also suggest and vote on features in the app under Settings → Vote on what's next.
